The most frequently asked questions
- To get a Topup+ merchant account, download the application from Google Play (Android) or App Store (iPhone).
- Click on - Don't have an account? - and fill in the information requested in the different forms.
- Once you have submitted your identification details, a six-digit (06) code representing your merchant code will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you filled in the form and, optionally, via WhatsApp.
- You will then be able to log in using either your merchant code or your mobile phone number.
You need to have a merchant account. If this is not the case, please refer to the relevant paragraph.
On the login form, enter your mobile phone number or your merchant code. On the next screen, enter your PIN to continue.
The first time you log in, you will be asked to create and confirm a PIN code for future use.
- Click on Change my PIN code in the My account section of the Topup+ application.
- When the dialog box opens, enter your old PIN code, the new PIN code, enter again the new PIN code and confirm.
- Your session will be automatically closed and you will need to enter the new PIN code to log in.
- In the screen where you will be asked to enter your PIN code, click Forgot your PIN code?
- You will automatically receive an email with your PIN code at the email address you provided during registration, possibly via WhatsApp.
